1. Agreement, regions and eligibility
GRUN is offered only in Türkiye, Ireland and the United Kingdom, with English and Turkish interfaces. By creating an account or using GRUN, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13. If you are 13–15, a parent or guardian must approve your use where local law requires it. Advanced fasting features are restricted to adults. If you do not agree or are outside the supported regions, do not use the service.
2. Wellness service—not medical care
GRUN is a self-management and general wellness tool. Calorie, macro, micronutrient, exercise, fasting, sleep and AI outputs are estimates and may be wrong. GRUN does not diagnose, prevent or treat disease and is not a substitute for a doctor, dietitian or emergency service. Stop and seek qualified advice if a feature is unsuitable for you. Never delay urgent care because of GRUN content.
3. Your account
Provide accurate information, protect your login details and tell us promptly about unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may require email verification, re-authentication or other reasonable security checks. You can export data and request account deletion in the app.
4. Your content and AI review
You retain ownership of photos, notes, recipes and other content you submit. You give GRUN a limited licence to host, process, reproduce and transmit that content only to operate, secure and improve the service and as described in the Privacy Notice. Do not upload content you lack the right to use. Review AI drafts before confirming them; you remain responsible for diary entries and decisions based on them.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse GRUN, access another person’s data, probe security, disrupt the service, automate abusive requests, reverse engineer protected components, submit unlawful/harmful content, or use AI features to seek dangerous medical, self-harm or illegal instructions. We may restrict activity reasonably believed to threaten users or the service.
6. Plans, purchases and cancellation
GRUN may offer Free, Plus, Pro and AI credit products. Features, quotas, trials and prices shown at purchase form part of your order and may vary by store/region. App Store or Google Play processes payment, renewal, cancellation and eligible refunds under its rules. Deleting GRUN does not automatically cancel a store subscription; cancel renewal in the store settings. Plan changes do not remove your privacy controls.
7. Intellectual property and feedback
GRUN software, brand, design and catalogue content are protected by intellectual-property law. These terms grant only a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service. If you provide feedback, we may use it without obligation, but we will not publicly identify you without permission.
8. Availability and changes
We may update, add, remove or temporarily suspend features for safety, law, maintenance or product development. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Material changes to paid functionality will be handled consistently with store rules and applicable consumer law.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using GRUN and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated breach, security risk or legal requirement, using proportionate notice where practicable. Rights that by nature should survive—including payment records, intellectual property, disclaimers and liability limits—continue after termination.
10. Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or your mandatory consumer rights. To the fullest extent allowed by law, GRUN is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by inaccurate user input, third-party services, or relying on estimates as medical advice. Any overall limitation will be interpreted under applicable law and must not reduce mandatory remedies.
11. Law, contact and changes
Applicable mandatory consumer and data-protection laws remain in force, including the non-waivable rights available where you live. Questions or formal notices can be sent to support@gruncalorietracker.com. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app and renewed acceptance requested where required.
